Because we will be handling both the sale and leasing of your property, we can temporarily withdraw your listing and remove the TARMLS lockbock prior to any vacation guests arriving, and we can promptly re-activate your listing following the guest move-out and cleaning. By handling both the sale and leasing we avoid any conflicts and problems with other agents, and we are able to ensure that agents don't walk in on vacation guests creating an uncomfortable situation for everyone.
